The three arrows are symbolic of the three 21st chromosomes that result in Down syndrome and also represent how the parents of these special children rise up and move forward. In this design, three tones of hardwood - walnut, cherry, and maple - give additional symbolism and interest to the piece. As always, our wood and silver earrings can be dressed up or down, making them the perfect complement to any outfit! These earrings are strong but so lightweight and comfortable, you will hardly know you have them on!
